Hey readers! Thank you for reading all of my posts till now.
I mentioned earlier that I'd be posting blogs about my trip down the memory lane, but I'd like to break the chain because readers may lose interest if they read similar blogs.
In these uncertain times, it is critical for us to be happy because it will help us gain mental fitness.
People are now following their hobbies (listening to music, art, reading) in order to do so. Others are researching new recipes for cooking snacks.
So, in these depressing times, I present you with a recipe that will make you happy as well as lift your mood.
RECIPE FOR HAPPINESS 😊
This recipe will feed you first, followed by as many people as you desire. Make extensive use of the following items! The more of each ingredient you have, the better the outcome of the recipe. It makes no difference which ingredient you begin with. Just Begin.
Mix: -
Self-acceptance. Use the organic variety – the kind of acceptance that comes from not comparing yourself to anyone else.
Good pals. Be the first to get one.
Recognize what you can and cannot control.
Kindness – always in style.
Gratitude, the best sweetener
Assist someone. Be a peer mentor, pay a visit to an elderly person, volunteer at a children's camp, clean your local beach or park, or work at a food bank…. or
There's music! Make it yourself, download it, go to a concert, see a flash mob, put on headphones, join the school choir, or start a band.
Spend time in nature. Sit by a river, stroll through a garden, go on a hike through the woods, or jump into a lake. Go outside at night and look for the moon. Take a picnic to the top of a hill at sunset. When you're out in nature, whether alone or with friends, you're unlikely to feel lonely. Maybe you're alone, but you're probably not lonely.
Take up a hobby. You can double up on this by combining it with the exercise or music ingredients, or you can add your own twist.
Perspective, consider the following: Will something that bothers you now really matter in five years? Five months? Five days?
What about the toppings? If you really want to help yourself feel better right now, you could add some of the following to what you're cooking:
Ø Create a journal.
Ø View a humorous YouTube video. (Try a post about a laughing baby.)
Ø Prepare your food. Follow a recipe or come up with something unique. Feed your friends or treat yourself to a formal feast. Eat outside on a blanket or set your table as if royalty were coming to dine. It's entertaining!
Ø Organize your notebook! Strange, isn't it? But it can feel very productive.
Ø Take care of a pet. They're called pets for a reason.
This recipe contains a bit of magic: eat as much as you want – you'll never be too full. Share your culinary creations with friends, family, and strangers alike. You can cultivate joy, well-being, and contentment. (Fantastic recipe!)
That’s it for this blog. Hope you liked it.
Make sure to try and share this recipe because it is of the utmost importance at this time.
